On the Job Training
Objective
1) Improving soft skills and work readiness teaching
2) Demonstrate the broad role and importance of the technician in Industries
3) Give the student and opportunity to establish an interest in industrial activity
4) Provide general work experience, so that student can apply skill previously acquired at the institute and acquire new relevant skill
5) Provide a foundation for prepare the student for working efficiently and productively in industrial establishment
